Everyone was so wonderful, accommodating, friendly, patient, etc. A few amazing staff members that come to mind are Anthony, Jose, Vasil, Miguel, Wiktoria, Blagoj, Daniela, Krasen as well as the rest of the fantastic chef and restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, captains, really everyone.

Gail Schirm: finish.This is our 3rd Uniworld cruise and they are just getting better all the time.I have to say, while the ship was elegant, the food exquisitely prepared and served, the wines very good, it is the staff who make your adventure perfect. They are really good at what they do, without being obvious. Your wine glass is filled, your towels refreshed, all the usual services, but they do it with class and a lovely attitude!We will continue to recommend them to all our friends and we are already looking into our next opportunity with them.

TheMcGrews: Rode The Beatrice through Eastern Europe. Crew was great but the room was less than tiny. Bathroom tiny. When sitting on toilet the wood cabinet in front had a drawer that dug into my left knee. Very uncomfortable. Food and crew were great. DO NOT GET THE STANDARD TINY ROOM. Sailed late May. Lots of Mosquitoes if you opened the room windows.

Marcelle heimdal: Fantastic trip along the Rhine and Moselle Rivers. We sailed in August/September of 2018 from Amsterdam to Basel. The ship, River Queen, was beautiful and comfortable. The beds are amazing! And sitting on the sun deck with a nice glass of wine as the ship winds down the river and through locks is an unbeatable experience. The hotel manager Martina made the experience very special by setting up a lovely anniversary celebration for us, and the cruise manager Rik was so knowledgeable about all the locations we visited. We did some of the group tours and in some ports we toured on our own to experience some adventure, although in every port there were guided tours available. So great to be able to walk off the ship and be right in a beautiful little town! My favorite experience was taking a bike ride along the Moselle where the vineyards meet the river. The bike path goes on for miles, and everywhere there were swans swimming. That night we came back to the ship tired and decided to get the room service for dinner. Because of my dietary needs there wasn't much on the menu for me so I ordered a plain salad. A couple minutes later we got a call from the front desk saying they wanted to make something special for me, and within 15 minutes the butler was at our door with a tray of delicious food!

Ashley Vaughan: I cannot rave enough about the experience with Uniworld. We did the Connoisseur Collection trip through the south of France and it was delicious! The service onboard was unlike anything I have ever experienced and combined with the amazing experiences of France, it was the most amazing vacation. I LOVE Uniworld and I’m ready to go back again, soon!
