Mark Dellomes: I stopped by this store to pay my monthly service, I was the first costumer when it opened at 10am. Freddy was the only employee, while I was being entertained for an upgrade, customers started coming in.One thing I was amazed was how Freddy handled the situation very well mostly multi-tasking with multiple customers in a Polite, Courteous, friendly and with utmost expertise. I been in this store before, but today Freddy was excellent. I ended up buying an upgrade phone with so much help from Freddy. I highly recommend Freddy, great customer service and very good Public Relation 👌

Linda Castro: On 12/23/2020, I purchased a phone from this store. It was all thanks to their employee “Bryant”, that it was even possible! I wanted to purchase a phone for my husband, whom is a creature of habit. I had contacted 2 other cricket stores, because that’s the wireless company he uses. They either never answered the phone “after repeatedly calling”, or they said the phone I wanted was out of stock, and didn’t offer me any kind of help. I then decided to reach out to this Inglewood store. BEST DECISION I MADE!! Bryant not only answered the phone in a timely manner, he was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. He literally went above and beyond to help me get the phone I wanted. Turns out that they were out of stock as well but... he didn’t leave me hanging. He emailed the company requesting a shipment “if they had one available”, and told me that he would contact me when they replied. During this time, we chatted a little about the current financial struggles, and he actually informed me of some much cheaper phones. This was really surprising to me, as we all know, most places try to sell you their most expensive ones. I honestly was very appreciative of this caring gesture! I decided to hang in there, and lo and behold, I received the call that they had the phone! I was elated!! I went to the store with my husband, and Bryant transferred everything over from the old phone, to the new one. My husband took loads of pictures and videos on Christmas, and is so happy with his phone. Thank you so much Bryant!!! Awesome Customer Service!!!
