This is the third DK opener that I have had in the last 30 years. The second one was installed only because the first one had succumb to a massive electrical spike provided by the City Of Riverside to our home hence the second opener, which lasted us 15 years before it started to tire.I called Door King, direct, and I was quickly connected with Justin Kha, I explain to him the problems I was having with my existing unit he drove out to Riverside Educated me on the DK 2112 and the benefits of a new Cellular system. Justin provided me the type of service that is lacking in our country today so it was so refreshing to have Human contact with someone that is so well informed on his product, and provided the most delightful Informative exchange I’ve had from a sales person in a long time, especially in the technical world.
