From Andrea at the first desk, Marco with getting the arrangements prepared, and even the owner Ken all have beautiful hearts. I never had the feeling that anything was being pushed on me that I didn't want. I had made some "prior arrangements," and that all worked out as promised, again with very high levels of professionalism, courtesy, and sensitivity.
