Ed Fort: My wife took an old Cuckoo clock in for repair and restoration of the wood finish. When we picked it up the finish looked great and the clock worked again, but my wife was unhappy that the Cuckoo was now too fast and she could hear the mechanism when it cuckoos. Without any argument or additional charges they took it back replaced additional parts. When we picked it up again the Cuckoo was good, but we could still hear the mechanism working when it cuckoos. We took it back again today, and they offered to replace the entire mechanism at no charge to make my wife happy. I know this sounds like it could be a bad experience, but they have been easy to deal with the entire time. I am confident they will get this right and I have no complaints. I recommend Alpine Antique Clock.
Artemus Rodricq: I went to this place and asked for an estimate and the estimate was less then a quarter of what I thought it would be. After calling the 1st 4 or 5 places on Google. My chalet type Cuckoo was complete in two days and no suprpries, actually came out paying less than the estimate.LOVE THIS GUY AND THE 2 YEAR GUARANTEE, YES THAT IS RIGHT 2 YEARS!!!
Thomas Geantil: Rubio repaired my cuckoo clock that I have had for 50 years. Another shop had failed. His service is excellent, his knowledge is excellent. I have also purchased two clocks from him that are working perfectly. I highly recommend him for his high quality and honesty.

He did not disapoint me. He had the work comleted within 24 hours and I could not have been more pleased; both in the price nor the quality of repair.I will soon return with my childhood "Cowboy Clock" for I have found a man I truly trust with my treasure.*** This date is 12-03, 2020, and is a follow-up to the above:I did in fact take my "Cowboy Clock"...a 6" x 12" clock mounted upon a wooden platform with a western-saddled 'wild West' horse I have had since childhood. He worked meticuloulsy but could not revive its rusted and worn-out gears, and had to settle for an entire clock replacement, which even my Lone Ranger horse is proud of.And I am proud of Sebou..an artist, craftsman and now friend. If quality, craftsmanship and integrity is important to you, he is your man.

After a thorough cleaning the watch, not only did they give the watch back to me in perfect working condition. After their recommendation that I change the crystal, this 70 year old Rolex looks almost brand new!! At 70+ years of age Shant’s is best watch repair company I have ever used!!!
