Blake Donaldson: I just wanted to offer a great review for these folks. I had an alarm installed by them a few months ago. That installation went well and I was completely satisfied. Today... I called them and asked to have the sensitivity of that alarm adjusted. I expected to be put off and scheduled down the road. Well, instead of that... A gentleman named 'Ice' told me to come right in. I did. Ice promptly stopped what he was doing and addressed my issue, without question. Solved my request right away, at no charge. Mad Props ICE! Thank you! Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you need Auto audio... take your ride here. They'll do you right.

Dru Peebles: cleaning up the wires which took most of the time. but them being professionals did a professional job and I am very grateful that they did that because the electrical system is very important and having a bad wiring job is not good. They did not have enough time to do the side door and back door but they gladly said to bring it back Thursday and they would finish it and I gladly said thank you and I will! The amount of time they put in was definitely worth the value of the alarm plus more I will be bringing my Toyota Camry and having them fix my stereo system which the previous alarm guy messed up as well that’s why you need to take it to these guys and have a professional do it! It’s worth it to pay $100 or $200 more and have it done right and safe with a one year warranty and a shop you could drive it to anytime of the day. Instead of hiring someone to do it for cheap which seems to always cost more money down the line so it’s worth it to have a professional do it! Thank you very much and I will be leaving more reviews because I will be a returning customer.... So update I went back on Thursday and they completed the installation of my alarm system on the Sprinter Van and only took them one hour and they even fixed my Toyota Camry head unit for free these guys are awesome I’ll definitely be heading back there again with any car maintenance!

Adetokunbo Shoyoye: I went to college in the area in the late 90’s and have stayed in greater LA and SGV since . When I got my first car ….I needed an alarm installed and a cool stereo I found this shop at maybe its original location and Nelson the proprietor was affordable, courteous and professional! As years passed …. I’ve taken other vehicles to other places like good guys and other slick looking stores …. What I noticed that was different at those places was constant attempts to upsell the materials or a need for more other work I wasn’t necessarily seeking when I went there. I’ve fallen victim to some of that and paid $$$$ for what ended up more than once being shoddy even haphazard work … that either was unsatisfactory or in need of more work to clean up. After a good number of years I found myself back in the Uneek auto vicinity with a new car that needed an Alarm… I went in and the process from shopping to install was that guaranteed Uneek experience, easy going, knowledgeable, considerate and CLEAN! On that car …. I wanted to dabble in installing the auto sound myself and where other shops would sell, sell, sell or gatekeep … Nelson was very open and informative in helping me source materials some of which I bought from him, he gave me some parts out of extra accessories that come with his line of work that I would need and made himself available with more knowledge during my process. That shop has been in the community a long time and from my experience referring friends or employers to bring their vehicles here … I can say Uneek and Nelson are a beacon of good business and positive aspect of humanity! This is the one place I’ve never felt was trying to maximize their monetary gain in the process but more interested in nailing down my needs, informing me of necessary add ons or if I things I thought I wanted were not necessary and delivering a completely well done high quality project.

I purchased a noise reducer and they explained to me why it would work and what else I could do to help with the mosquito noise in my speakers which may lead to me not needing the noise reducer but I bought it anyway, just incase, cuz im Mexican, & it worked. The also offered to look @ my system for free & help install for free but I had to learn & try it on my own with their guidance of course. Went back a week or so later to get an estimate on stereo install for my M45.
