Ilan Arevalo: Some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Wish I had gotten the name of the man I spoke to. I wasn't 100% sure what I was looking for but he was so patient with me and looked up everything that may have been needed. 100 % would recommend.

Simon M.: Our newly purchased Thule Easyfold bike hitch rack from Rack Attack in Sherman Oaks is a fantastic addition to our Tesla Y vehicle. It helps us easily and safely to take our two bicycles to the beach for a wonderful ride on bike path along the beach. It easily gets connected and removed and it gets folded as well takes less space. Definitely recommended.
Ted Amanios: I had just insalled myself earlier this morning. They rekeyed them so I can use same key for crossbars and cargo box. Nate and another person there were great as have all the people who work there. Will be back for more Bike/Surf gear and for their great service and knowldege. Would not hesitate to make this your 1st and last stop for all gear. 2023 edit: Just bought more crossbars for Jeep and rekeyed again so can use one set keys and put same cargo box or water shower on either vehicle.
Metropol HOA: I purchased a Thule platform rack for my SUV. The folks at Rack Attack here at Sherman Oaks were not only nice and patient, but also provided recommendations on what was best for my vehicle. The parts they ordered arrived sooner than expected and they kept me updated on my order status. Look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
Edith Hicks: The guys were nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. The install was quick, they took time to explain how to lock and unlock the racks they installed on my car. And I know if I have any additional questions that I can call them and that they will answer them. It was a great experience overall.

Friendly and knowledgeable, for sure, but also the kind of person that makes you feel like you’re more than just a customer. Like an actual human being.We didn’t spend a lot of money, but we were treated like we spent thousands. Seriously, hats off to this employee for sure, and a heart felt thank you from a couple of North Dakotan transplants.Our only other experience with Rack Attack came from our purchase of these carriers in Denver a couple years ago, and the employees there were very much of the same cut. I get the feeling that Rack Attack just hires good people, and care about the people they come across. Great employees make a great complaint.

And then they'll install it by appointment -- no endless waiting around. Definitely check out their cool showroom when you plan your next adventure. My next purchase is gonna be their rooftop 4-person tent.
