I went there on Feb. 15 with an appointment but there was a last minute change in their staff assignments and Stacie was brought over to work with me. It was the best, no pressure, friendly, customer oriented experience. Stacie listened to all my questions and answered with thorough detail. Atto worked with me to arrange a driveoff cost and monthly lease payment that was what I was looking wanted. They put in a lot of effort to work with my preferences. I would go back to work with this team in a heartbeat.In my opinion, Stacie, Atto, Jesus keep the focus on their customer to provide an exceptional experience. They worked as a team to ensure that I got all the info that I was seeking. Stacie even took the time to walk me out to the shop area just so I could take a look. Laura McKernan: Thorson GMC is great, I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They are a small enough dealership that you get personal attention and large enough that you get the same inventory and service as the larger dealerships. Jeff Purcell is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and takes the time to familiarize you with your new vehicle and makes buying a new car an enjoyable experience.
Joan De Souza: The Service Department is excellent. I worked with Randy Bruno for a regular checkup but also knew the air in one of my tires was a little low. Randy explained how this could happen and took it to the back. It turned out I had a nail in the tire. They didn't have the tire I needed but Randy assured me they would have a new one in a couple of days. They put a patch on the tire I had and ordered a new tire. He assured me it would be okay to drive and that the new tire would be available within a couple of days. It was at your Service Dept in a couple of days as promised. Randy also arranged for John to take me home and pick me up when the tire was ready. John is a very nice man. I would recommend Randy to help with any service issue you go in with.

A: car buying experience from a dealership ever, at Thorson. From ordering the truck through Daniel, to finance with Edison, it could not have gone any smoother. Daniel, and the dealership were so accommodating. I have a severely disabled adult son that they made room for so I could comfortably go on with my purchase. This dealership went above and beyond. We will only be purchasing our GMCs from Thorson. Keep up the great job!

Joel Turner: Firstly, I looked at every car manufacturer company and if thorson buick had a good enough deal for me to drive 200 miles round trip and forget about anything else I was looking at, that says something. Second, the hospitality was unmatched the way the employees were nice to my 4 year old giving him coloring pages while I talk paperwork. And lastly, it was greatly appreciated that they didn't leave me a empty gas tank and I believe they knew I was driving far from speaking with them on the phone, so they left me with half a tank of gas to make it home. That was really appreciated after making a rather large purchase so shoutout to aga, the finance people, and the other sales people that answered my phone call the first time. Only regret is I wish I would've took a picture in their caballero showroom car lol. Looked so nice I didn't wanna touch it.
Aram Ghazaryan: parts' dealer, their prices are unbeatable, all the personnel in parts department are very nice and responsive. I use them as an auto body repair facility owner, and they always quote the best deals. Highly recommend their wholesale parts department .
Cheryl Alcorn: All staff members were friendly, even those with whom I had no dealings. The showroom is kept clean and the individual desks allow for privacy even though they are in an open area. There was no sense of being rushed. Available inventory was accessible. It was a relief to be in such pleasant surroundings having recently come from an "express line" dealership under construction and squeezed between two others, making it impossible to tell one from the other.

Movses Jambazian: I was referred specifically to Marco and as soon as I got there he was extremely courteous and welcoming, in addition to being knowledgeable about the product and accommodating. He made the process entirely comfortable and no part of it was frustrating or unpleasant. There seems to be a negative stigma about going directly to a dealer to lease or purchase a vehicle, but I did not feel any of that because Marco made the process effortless. In addition, after leasing the vehicle, I did have a few questions and Marco continued to be extremely helpful in answering them and providing guidance. I also would like to shout out Edison for making the financial aspect of the process simple and clear. Overall, the experience I had at Thorson Buick was as positive as it could be.
Mikan Szeto: Their waiting room and complimentary beverages needs to be stocked. I expect that from GMC luxury brand vs Chevy. There were no water in frig. The coffee station needs to be brought to 2024. A coffee/espresso/hot beverage automated machine should replace the antiquated “pot of coffee” machine. Granted My appt was last of day, there should at least bottled water available. I would appreciate service advisor to go over findings prior to payment. Complimentary car wash?
