Christina 1010: The hotel is well located and quite affordable for Los Angeles. Some things were quite unusual, for example you had to sign that you wouldn't flood the bathroom. We were told: This has happened several times in the past, so this form needs to be signed. A very tasty small breakfast was included, you could choose between American and Japanese breakfast. We decided on the Japanese version. The room was spacious and clean. There are many restaurants nearby and the hotel also has a restaurant.

Devon Henry: We booked a room for the NASCAR Clash at the Coliseum at USC. I did read that this is a Japanese hotel and I was slightly concerned about being able to understand all of the employees but I never had a problem communicating with the staff. Everyone at the hotel and restaurant was extremely friendly, the rooms were spotless and roomy, the parking garage felt safe and was a major benefit, both the American and Japanese breakfasts were fantastic and a tremendous value for being free, the area felt safe, and we had a fantastic time! If I am ever anywhere near the LA area again, I will certainly be back!

They have kitchenettes and reasonable prices. I would recommend this place for the money its decent. I went downstairs and another guest was having the same problem. The guest services rep Kelvin did everything he could to get in contact with maintenance to no avail. He offered to switch me rooms but I told him I was willing to wait for maintenance and truly didn't want to change rooms due to having to move all my stuff and one of my children was already sleeping. He was literally slammed tonight between the phones ringing and a full line of multiple guests. He handled things so well and after not being able to get ahold of maintenance he sprung into action and was able to get the power back on in our room. He wore so many hats tonight but also handled himself very professional, especially with all the pressure he was up under. This man deserves a raise and recognition!**other services**I would also like to give a shout out to housekeeping. The ladies are so friendly and hardworking. They always offer to clean my room but because im bored, and may be here longer than a week as I await for my apartment to finish being renovated and I myself have done housekeeping before I just choose to clean the room myself. Overall of all the hotels I've been too in la this is one that I would definitely come back to. Its very peaceful and for some odd reason the sounds of the airplanes passing thru is very relaxing. Its also very peaceful and i have not had any problems with noise, bugs or anything besides the internet being slow every now and then but its expected because of how big the hotel is.
