Pamela Ross: Smooth and efficient bike shop with 'by appointment only' operations. It is conveniently located and always my first stop when I land at LAX with my bicycle as part of my luggage. The service has been excellent every time I had my bicycle worked on and my bicycle always leaves that shop in tip top condition. This is a great business that this community has been lucky to have. 🚴🏾♀️
Sarah Fitzsimons: George helped me out big time with my mom’s old e-bike. She had lost the key and I tried getting in touch with the company who made it - they were incredibly unhelpful but recommended I get in touch with George and he was great. He was able to order me the right parts and was easy and knowledgeable to work with over email. I really appreciate this place and especially George!

N D: One of the best bike shops I found. he just opened in the area and was very friendly. He tuned up my two hybrid bikes for 84 bucks the next day. I busted my tire and came back to him and he was very nice enough to replace it for me. Go check this guy out I mean it. because I was local to the area. He also delivered the bikes to my house after the tuneup.
Elior Lubliner: Carlos is a good dude, fixed my bike’s rear wheel super quick at a very affordable rate. I would recommend taking your bike here before trying the other more expensive bike shops in the city. Will be doing business here again!

He helped me out with my gears and after testing them out I asked if he could adjust them a bit more and he absolutely did, with a quickness and without any extra charge! The next time I visited he fixed my flat and I was surprised by how fast and inexpensive that trip was.Sometimes the store appears open and its locked and the phone isn't answered, but I'm sure it's because he's in the back, tending to a bike and doesn't want to divide his attention to watch the storefront since he doesn't have another person in front at the time. Most of the other customers are regulars and I am now one of them too. Thank you KJ bike shop!

linda yun: , aren't desperate to upsell, and are run by nice people who just love bikes and riding them. super reasonable prices, and so kind and generous---they threw in a free water bottle, didn't charge me for labor, turned around the job quickly, and cleaned up my bike from all the filth accumulated. i was asked to give it a test ride afterwards to make sure i was happy and satisfied, too. and absolutely no condescending attitude you sometimes endure at fancy shops not interested in your ride, or your small-potatoes business. above and beyond what is common, which was such a nice surprise. will definitely be back!
