Frank Fletes: Friendly people. It's the closest to where I live. It's a smaller store that doesn't always have items I need in stock. The Rosecrans location is far better equipped for larger jobs.
Ron Murray: Just like costco, if you've been to 1 home depot, you've been to all of them, they have what you need, whatever little project you have.

Nearby competition has rude & detached staff, or over priced product.Update, this location lost a portion of their building. They split the store in half and opened a new place in Compton/Carson area. The employees with the best personalities moved to the new shop.So the environment is kind of dry now, here at Hawthorne, but still the fastest store to get supplies compared to their Todd Pipe or Ferguson neighbors.

Michael Casillas: great service whether you are a plumber contractor or home owner. and they have great burgers and hot dogs on Tuesdays and Thursdays all summer long from 11 am- 1 pm. I was so happy to come in and get a free burger and a special order item all in one trip. the manager was more than accommodating when it came to picking up a special order the same day and having it ready for me. he was even understanding when it came to returning items. great place for plumbing supplies

Alan Tivoli: What a wonderful shopping experience! I won't ever step foot in one of those big box stores for anything for my bath or kitchen again other than appliances. We were redoing 2 of out bathrooms and Sheila was so helpful with her ideas and her prices are extremely fair. No longer needing to search for things and having a better selection makes shopping a breeze. The worst is that some items took a week to arrive but several were rushed to me when i made it clear I needed them right away. Too bad the store doesn't sell appliances as well.I know I sound like a shill for the store but the truth is I am just a very satisfied customer.

It will cost more than Home Depot but the quality is far superior..."you get what you pay for."Second, Carlo who is at the Helm's Bakery District Kohler Signature store was nothing short of extraordinary.He was very helpful in our selection process, he answered pur questions ina timely manner and when I ordered the wrong part, he was on it to get the right part delivered to our house. I'm sad to say that our two bathrooms won't need remodeling at this point but they look beautiful.Comments of "your bathroom looks like a posh hotel suite bathroom" is not uncommon.Carlo and the team at Kohler Signature store in Culver City are exceptional and they will tale excellent care of you.

Karina helped me through every step of the process from picking out the right fixtures, communicating lead times, providing an incredible price and fixing a few items that needed to be exchanged. She went above and beyond and I will definitely be back to shop with her on my next bathroom and kitchen remodel.
Andrew Rawson: We have done four bathrooms, a laundry room and our entire kitchen with Kohler fixtures and everyone in this location has just been such a pleasure to work with. While Allisson G. was our main contact, who does meticulous follow up, every time we drop by whomever is available greats us and make us feel welcome. Everyone is just so knowledgeable and helpful, you just feel good working with Kohler because of this team.

Sally Hampton: over a defective sink that could not be changed afterwards. In desperation, I contacted the Kohler store and Jenn and Kathy saved the day for me. They had the sink in stock and made the exchange in time for my countertop install. I am so grateful that I will continue to make all Kohler purchases directly from their store. Their customer service is first class and their tile displays and products are beyond gorgeous. I can't wait to work with them when we do our bathroom next.
