Dennis Gibbs: I needed a last minute beard shape-up and reached out to these folks. I'm bald and typically do low maintenance trims of my own beard so I don't have a relationship anywhere.I popped in lunch time on a Friday and by luck, I was able to get into a seat within 5 mins as a walk-in. I'm sure that's not typical, but was appreciated. I got what I asked for and the price was on par.
Johnny Jones II: Old-school style barbershop. There is a presence of fellowship and family. Young men and women can get love and direction as well as a great haircut.

Perfect Your Purpose: If you’re looking for an old school barbershop, this shop is one of the few gems that are still in business. None of that fancy, over priced furniture in here. No sensitivity training videos, or chalky hairlines in here. Naw mane..This is a real Negr0 barbershop right here, and the owner is a stand up gentleman. I came in last minute on a Monday, & Darrien still offered me his chair & brought my waves back to life. I got my hair cut by Tony and he did an excellent job keeping it feminine and lining it up with my facial structure. This was my first time in a barbershop. As a female getting her hair cut so low I was very nervous about going to one, especially being the only woman in there.However, it was a very welcoming experience and both Barbers made me feel at ease. Tony's versatility in doing both men and women's cuts is a special skill. I definitely reccomend Tony.

raider wolf: If you have time, patience and want to save money on a haircut, this is a good choice. I've gone here more than once. They do good work. It takes longer to get your haircut completed of course, because they're students. You have to understand they're learning and will take more time than someone who's a haircut veteran.Can't say that I've ever had a bad haircut here. It's only $5. A regular barber shop will cost you probably $25. You save twenty bucks in exchange for a little bit more of your time.
