I moved to a different state, and tried other dance fitness classes, but none compared to their quality. They finally came up with On Demand classes and I could not be more excited. I love their energy, the music - I have so much fun. The choreography is simple enough to follow but complex enough to be challenging and "modern". I see an immediate change in my body with their sculpt workouts. If I lived in LA, I would take my daughter to their classes without a second thought.
