Ricardo Martinez Jr: I have a small pizza and wing place in El Sereno. I called Miguel early morning at Origen Bakery Equipment because our dough mixer stoped working. He helped me diagnose the issue over the phone and instead of charging me for something I didn't need, he showed me how to reset the mixer and get it running again. When it time to upgrade my mixer Im definitely going to call him! Thank you Miguel!
