The mechanic there was price gouging me big time.The first time i brought my car in, I told Emad how i was new to the area and had really bad experiences with the last mechanic to work on my BMW. He got the message, and the visit was a hose replacement. I found Emad very understanding of my circumstances and made it clear he would take good care of meThe next visit was more in terms of what was needed in service. I had an rear axle break and brand new the part alone would be over $3k! Emad took the extra step of looking for use parts and save me a ton of money.Emad makes you feel welcome the moment you pull in!Emad has a customer for life!Myron

Michele Marchand: My catalytic converter was stolen. I anticipated a long painful wait to replace it and budget-crushing costs for parts and labor. Once Ladera Heights Auto Center had the information they needed, they ordered the part and repaired my car within one day. Labor charges were much less than I expected. They even buffed out an old annoying scratch on my bumper. All the mechanics were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend this repair shop highly enough!

I live all the way in Ontario now and I’ll still come to La even if i have to get towed lol. My mother moved to Victorville and God rest her soul 🙏🏼 she’d do the same. I always recommend them.

Told me if I have any problems, just bring the car back and he will take care of it.. looks like I found myself a new mechanic for the future. Also too they do all auto repairs at this shop. Charlene Patterson: Julio saved me $400 because he checked the radiator and found it was the reservior that needed replacement. The price difference was from 600+ to 225. I'm glad I went with him. Otherwise I could not drive far and there may be rust because of an accident from a drunk driver last night. He works with insurance and if I didn't have all the money he was willing to talk to me about payment options. This guy was reasonable and good to all his 4 customers that I witnessed while there. They all left with a 😃smile!!!

lololine 1970: I used to go to ford montebello until I notice they where making pay for things I didn't need. I took these guys a 95 bronco that was leaking from everywhere they fix it no surprises they told exactly what it would take. They washed the undercarriage and painted looked new. Took my crown vic did my abs harmonic balancer . My father in law bought a used truck for mexico had them time it up get it ready . He drove it to zacatecas and has been using it for work couldn't be happier. Telling you after take my cars only to dealers because of not trusting anyone this is the place.
