Howard Weiss: I did not end up buying anything from South Bay Appliance, but I have no doubt their customer service would be amazing if I did. I was looking for a replacement gas range for a unit in our apartment building. Unfortunately our building is in Los Feliz and was outside their delivery area. Clint was extremely helpful in guiding me to a closer appliance store that he knew would have what I was looking for. and did not rush to get off the phone with me once he knew I wasn't going to buy from them. Definitely would recommend them for anyone around the South Bay.

Armed with measurements I came to South Bay Appliance after googling for a local appliance store, which I know is the BEST place to get your appliances. Well, Clint proved me to be right. This visit was really a consultation, and hey answered all my questions and gave me good information to continue my research at home.No pressure to buy, no pressure for anything. Just good information and support.I highly recommend this location for your appliance needs, and I look forward to purchasing from here whether or not this home purchase comes through in this wild escrow that I’m in.
