I’ve been back to the shelter for help for new matters and I really appreciate the kindness I was met with. I wish this was shown with staff and volunteers though. A lot of people only reach out for help because they going through a hard so to be met with attitude and brushed under a rug when I was trying to help some kittens who lost their mama cat, it really broke my heart and I almost didn’t reach out again when I was helping a dog this year but Erin helped me a lot and for that I’m really looking forward to doing more.

Our dogs had passed over the last few years, and she and my daughter have been showing me pics and talking about dogs for a while... Any ways long story short, we got a dog they told us was kinda a loud whiny dog. When we walked him he was GREAT!! He's been a little work, but we all love him!!!!

    Jerry DiCerbo: Erin who is the head person encharge. She is a wonderful person. I adopted my dog from there and it was love at first sight.My dog had a twin brother and both of them were named Chip and Dale. I adopted Dale who's name now is Sparky. He is a wonderful dog and so smart. I would highly recommend the Lovejoy Foundation.

    Philip: Unfortunately I showed up 10 minutes before closing. Saw them across the street from the car rental place. They only had 1 little furry friend left, will come by next weekend.

    jordan: We went to get a play mate for our fluffy friend Max but there were no small dogs at that time. A lot of big dogs most of them pit bulls. Very sad picture because some of them were very old and looking sad. However, I am amazed by the care the staff is giving those poor babies. The place is big and they take the dogs to exercise as much as possible. There was that man that works there who you can tell that he loves taking care of the mates. Amazing to see how people volunteer and love the pups.Thank you for saving the best animals in the world!!
