Derrick: I have been with Allstate insurance company for about 5 or 6 months. Lionel Sandoval and Hector are great. I had my Auto with Esurance and my renter's with Travelers insurance. So I wanted them together. Customer service was simple. The renter's insurance was canceled no problem. When I canceled Esurance to go with Allstate I was charged a $50.00 cancellation fee? It Esurance and Allstate company? Whatever outside of that service was great. I spoke with Karen, she was able to match the coverage at Esurance. Now I have Auto and returners insurance policy with the same company.I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs. Karen was also just great!!Derrick D.

-_-: We have been insured by Allstate for over 20 years. The best thing about being a customer of Anita and Dennis Wai is that they take care of you. One phone call and it's done. Before we purchase a new car, we would ask them to run the numbers how much and the difference it would cost for various makes and models of the vehicles.Do not over the cost of ownership without knowing the cost to insure. Call them and find out for yourself. I don't get paid for this, but think not just the price, but the long term relationship you build.
C CAM: I called the 1-800-ALLSTATE number to ask a few coverage questions on my existing auto policy. Since my questions were a bit technical, l was transferred to Anita Wai's office. Even though Anita and I had never spoken before she took the time to answer all my questions. Heck, she's not even my agent but her service was superb...on a holiday weekend. Thank you, Anita.
