Donna Leos: Tech came over and gave an estimate within a few hours. A few days later tech did an awesome job installing a furnace and an AC unit. Both were friendly and continued to ask me if l had questions about anything they were doing. Tech cleaned up before leaving and took my old Furnace and AC unit to discard them. They both were very professional. What was really nice, the person that referred me was given a $200.00 gift card. Thanks to their company services

Julie Black: HVAC technician Scott Mason was a little early and waited for me to arrive at our scheduled appointment. He was cordial and professional. He was the same technician that my dad used in 2009 and 2011, so he was knowledgeable about an older Lennox unit, and he figured out the problem quickly. The capacitor needed to be replaced , and the filter. As soon as he replaced the capacitor the house started immediately cooling down and it was a relief in 95 degree weather! He also gave me instructions on how to use the thermostat. Precise Air Systems lived up to their name!

Chelsea Kroeker: Sean was a real expert and had stellar communication skills. I also loved the receptionist/schedular... she was fantastic and super kind and had great communications skills. Our fix was extensive and we were frustrated and overwhelmed often, but Sean gave us hope that the repair could be made. Sean showed up on time, and was very respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Our system was down for over 10 days due to a refrigerant leak issue. I think that the original install technicians rushed the install and we had several leaks and issues with the connections after only 2 years post-install and several re-occurring leak issues. Despite the hassle and frustration, Sean gave us confidence that the Precise Air Systems team was still a great service provider.I do hope though that Precise Air Systems will take their time on the install and give the technicians more time to be successful. I feel like we could have avoided a lot of issues, if they had given the technicians an extra day to install the system properly. We've had multiple service calls since them. Precise, please be more mindful of the needs of your technicians. They are great people, but they need more support. Our system was under warranty though, and Precise was very responsive and prioritized our fix and did not leave us hanging. Thank you for the great customer service.

Vena Emerson: Adam was fabulous! He accurately accessed the issues with my wall heater and throughly inspected every aspect including the condition of the ventilation on top of the roof. He pointed out the specific areas that were cracked and/or deteriorated and explained our options. No attempts at up selling , no pressure what so ever. He was courteous, professional and prompt. Their dispatcher was equally professional and confirmed our appt the day prior. She also called to advise that their technician had finished his previous job sooner than expected and could arrive 30 minutes earlier if convenient for us! Their service call fee is half the rate of other companies and was waived/applied if we choose to have them do the job. I highly recommend this company and fine their entire manner of conducting their business outstanding.

They show up on time, are very courteous, work efficiently as a team, help the customer understand the new AC system after the installation and answer all questions, and they clean everything up before they go. When I ran into a problem with my system recently, Eli sent his guys within an hour. He is VERY responsive to his clients, which is a HARD trait to find in businesses today. In addition to this we were told that the repairman would call 30 minutes before arrival and that allowed me to leave work once I received the call. When the repairman arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and got our heater up and running. To complete the repair a part had to be ordered and the repairman told us he would arrange to comeback once it was received. When the part arrived we were again given a 2 hour window for the service call and the repairman called us 30 minutes before he came over. He completed the repair and the heater now works perfectly.

Contacted our HOA handyman and it would cost an arm and a leg just to clean the vent. Reached out to a bunch of folks on Yelp, Nice and Cool was one of the first who contacted me, and Zachary the GM there was definitely the most responsive person I've dealt with, and you can tell he is a person of integrity. Zachary provided details on what we needed to get fix, we ended up replacing one of the old units. I was given updates on the progress and the new heater is working so much better now.

We needed to install a central heating system with the ability to add A/C in the future in a 90-year old house. The house had very limited space to accommodate a furnace chamber and ducting to two floors. These are typical challenges faced in retrofitting older homes not designed for such systems. Eli is very cordial and technically adept at answering all questions. We had many initial discussions and then a planning meeting prior to the installation to discuss system placement and details. Eli was always on time for meetings and always available for questions and additional meetings if needed. His crew was also consistently on time to perform the work, which was done quickly and on schedule. Very good quality of workmanship with modifications and the installation. Price is always secondary to quality of workmanship in my book, but it is still important and Eli's prices were very competitive and hard to beat. After vetting numerous companies, we chose Nice and Cool and couldn't be happier. The owner Eli came out to speak to me twice regarding the estimate and came out numerous times during the installation. He and his team were reliable, efficient and professional. Their bid was incredibly reasonably priced compared to some of the other ones we received. They were thorough but speedy and we couldn't be happier with our Nest and central A/C! We recently had an issue with one older furnace we kept and Eli came out himself to fix it for us quickly and efficiently. I have recommended them to numerous friends and neighbors. I will continue to use Nice and Cool for all of our heat/AC needs. Would give 10 stars if I could!
