Joseph Cherry: I am a president of a HOA. I work a full time job and managing the HOA is extremely time consuming. I spend a ton of time on the phone with various entities working hard to keep our association working smoothly. Over the weekend we had some issues with our gate so today I called into the consumer division of Door King Inc. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Mr. EKPO. Please hear me when I tell you I have spoken to some bad customer service people in my time, hair pulling, confusing make you wanna cry kind of experiences. Mr. Ekpo was pleasant, patient, extremely knowledgeable and most of all HELPFUL. I came away from the experience feeling like he actually cared and took an interest in finding the best possible solution for my HOA. I mean he really went the extra mile. Thank you Mr Ekpo and thank you Door King Inc for understanding that when your customers have problems they want to talk to someone who cares

Jackpot King - All Slot Jackpots: I waited 90 days before writing a review on our gate opener the DK 21 12. I wanted to get some time under my belt. This is the third DK opener that I have had in the last 30 years. The second one was installed only because the first one had succumb to a massive electrical spike provided by the City Of Riverside to our home hence the second opener, which lasted us 15 years before it started to tire.I called Door King, direct, and I was quickly connected with Justin Kha, I explain to him the problems I was having with my existing unit he drove out to Riverside Educated me on the DK 2112 and the benefits of a new Cellular system. Justin provided me the type of service that is lacking in our country today so it was so refreshing to have Human contact with someone that is so well informed on his product, and provided the most delightful Informative exchange I鈥檝e had from a sales person in a long time, especially in the technical world. We love the product so far, really good. I hope that Justin stays there until he retires because he鈥檚 a perfect point of Contact for anyone that has a DK product or is considering a DK product. The tech support department is very helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure that my gate opener worked properly. They sent a technician to my house to check and to test my gate opener, works 100% all the time. Would definitely recommend DoorKing products, and wonderful service from the tech support department.
