Michael O'Connor: Back in town on business. It's been almost a year ,a friend and I were in the store yesterday. What happened to the tall bald guy that was working there. I think his name was Michael? He was so helpful the last time we were in the store .he was friendly greeted us with a big smile and even came from behind the counter to show us some other things we might like .He was right we purchased a couple more items we hadn't planned on buying. We are business owners also,when we left the store we both said ,now that guy was the kind of guy you want working for you . Amazing customer service and sales skills.
