First off, I have to say BEST customer service experience EVER! After buying my first car, I swore I'd never go car shopping again! As luck would have it, my husband and I were forced to get a second vehicle and I was not looking forward to it. We decided to try a different dealership and we went straight to Acura of Alhambra.Jorge Rivera, the product specialist, was the first friendly face that came out to greet us. As soon as he introduced himself he immediately asked how he could help us. Of course because of previous experiences we had already done our research and told him exactly what we were looking for. With no hesitation he went to go get the car we were inquiring about. He asked the usual questions and I told him exactly what we were looking for, in regards to the fianceing. To my surprise he was honest, but told us that he would get us some numbers and we could take it from there!Cesar Ramos the general manager came out with Jorge and guided us through the whole process! Explaining the numbers, our options, and best of all went straight down to the numbers. No run arounds or going back and forth! Finally we met Humberto Reyes, the finance manager. He went over everything thoroughly and the best part allowed us to ask questions! Honestly buying a car never felt so simple, if that is the correct word to use. I never got the feeling of buyers remorse or questioning whether we're getting a good deal or not. They were all straight forward, open, and encouraging of questions.This experience was truly one of a kind, we will definitely be recommending Acura of Alhambra to family and friends as well as if we ever need another vehicle, they are who we'll trust to take care of our car needs!

I’m usually pretty awkward and quiet but Ricky made it so easy to talk while we drove the vehicle around, there were no awkward silences (which is pretty rare with me).Back at the dealer, Manny kept my mom (who chose to stay behind) company and when Ricky and I got back from our test drive they looked like a couple of best friends chatting over coffee; which was very nice and shows the extent of the great customer service offered.When it came time to working out the deal, I had an ideal budget I wanted to stick to and Manny worked his magic to make it happen!Once we finished all the paperwork and the car was washed and fueled up, Ricky took the time to go over all of the features with me and show me how to use the navigation, set up my phone, and basically answered any possible questions I could have about operating the vehicle!Overall, it was one of the best customer experiences I have had.
